Before cooking an appetizer we had to get the ingredients and break them down. While breaking down the ingredents you really get an idea how many chemicals are actually in your everyday food. One thing that i learned from this is that what you eat isn't about the chemicals but the dosage. Many different foods have many different things that are said to be bad for you. Most of them are minor but it is possible if you eat an abnormal amount you could overdose on a certain chemical.
